Foundations establishes the baseline and frameworks essential for long-term success in the Ascent system. While not absolutely required, it’s strongly recommended for anyone new to our approach. We make exceptions for clients with extensive training backgrounds on a case-by-case basis.

Your initial assessment determines your training environment. We design programs around whatever equipment you have available—full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. The Ascent Foundation program offers both full-gym and bodyweight versions.

Life happens. In-person sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice for in person sessions. Monthly subscriptions can be paused or adjusted—contact us to discuss options. Programs must be completed within one year of purchase.

Most clients notice improved strength and movement quality within 3-4 weeks. Visible physique changes typically appear within 8-12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. More importantly, you’ll understand WHY your body is responding—that clarity is immediate.

Foundations (in-person) is a 10-session immersive experience at our Gilbert studio. The 90-Day programs deliver similar outcomes remotely—structured transformation with coaching touchpoints throughout. Same quality of assessment and personalization, different delivery method.

Yes. Many clients start with Foundations in-person, then continue with Ascent + Custom remotely. Others do the 90-Day Virtual, then transition to Private Training when schedules allow. We design for flexibility.
