Most training runs on a simple equation: load in, results out. It works — until you plateau, aggravate something old, or realize you’ve been training around the real problem instead of through it. A body that’s been through something doesn’t need more load — it needs to be understood first.
So I start by reading the way your body moves where it compensates, what’s limiting you, what it’s guarding. Then I build from there: training that works in every direction real life and sport demand, not just straight lines — because that’s where strength holds up and where old problems stop coming back. The program adapts as you respond, and you learn the why behind every piece of it, so what you build is awareness you keep — not a routine you depend on.
