Julio became my trainer 5 years ago.  He is a very positive about life and has worked with me so I have become more positive.  I’m grateful that he checks every session to be sure I am using correct (safe) form.  He pushes me in a positive manner to work as hard as I can. He is always focused on me and not on a smartphone. Because I am 75, my most important goal is to keep my muscles strong so I can continue to live on my own and so I am less likely to fall.  Julio continues to educate himself so that he can give me the latest and best advice available.
