What is Ascent Personal Training about?

We help people achieve freedom through their health and fitness. Our education and years of experience have evolved into our proven system of training that addresses all 3 principles of Health and Fitness. Our methods get to the heart of the matter by addressing Exercise science, technique, Nutrition and Mindset.

What does Ascent Personal Training teach?

Our goal is to teach personal leadership through the principles of exercise science, nutrition and sports psychology. Our training approach will revolutionize your life and transform how you perform, look, and feel each day. Whether you want to increase your energy levels, gain more muscle, increase strength, lose 15 pounds, or just enjoy organized exercise, we can help you reach your goals.

Our system of training is composed of 3 different training programs each specializing in different characteristics of fitness to deliver well rounded results. Each exerciser can benefit from the 3 different programs. However accounting for the conditions & fitness level is our pathway to ensure consistent, safe progress for each individual exerciser.

How long will it take to see results?

Our strategy to increase your health and fitness is designed to empathize education, skill development, and mental tools for life long personal leadership. Following our complete program yields an averages 0.5-1.5 pounds per week, and an average loss of 4.5-7% body fat in 3-6months. Everyone is different and will experience different result. Keep in mind achieving results in any type of fitness program is related to your current health, personal effort, and consistency.

We add additional layers of support by focusing on your organization skills to keep your life in order, we implement a nutrition strategy with every training program and progressive coaching methods to develop your performance and results.

What is included your programs?

All programs include In-person training from our fitness professionals, movement assessment / goal interview, nutrition program, and exercise / recovery program designed for your goals.

We also conduct goal tracking, and update programs every 2-4 weeks.

How long are your sessions?

Our sessions are 1 hour, However we do suggest that you come 10 minutes early to conduct your personalized warm up. We  also at times offer an optional 10 minute cool down series for you.
